1. Cleopatra’s Honey Roasted Pigeon
Ingredients:

– 2 whole pigeons
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/4 cup vinegar
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 teaspoons cumin
– 2 teaspoons coriander
